These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Junkyard Watchdog websites, apps, APIs, notifications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@junkyardwatchdog.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Junkyard Watchdog aggregates inventory information from third-party sources and provides it “as is” for convenience. Listings may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always confirm availability, pricing, and condition directly with the yard before travel or purchase. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display any content you submit (for example, watchlists, notes, or feedback) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain features require a subscription. For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, billing is handled by Apple and renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. For subscriptions started on the web, billing runs through Stripe’s customer portal. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately; prorations appear on your next invoice.
Apple is not responsible for providing the Service or support. Contact support@junkyardwatchdog.com if you need help with billing or cancellations.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Mailgun, Expo). Their use is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junkyard Watchdog and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junkyard Watchdog, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Updated” date above and notify you via email or in-app message for material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
