Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes the rules that apply when using Junkyard Watchdog. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.
• Scraping or harvesting data outside the documented API rate limits.
• Uploading malicious code, attempting to disrupt the Service, or load testing without permission.
• Using the Service to send spam, phishing, or other abusive communications.
• Reselling or redistributing inventory data without written consent.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation with Junkyard Watchdog.

Security Responsibilities

• Protect your login credentials and use strong passwords.
• Notify us immediately at support@junkyardwatchdog.com if you suspect unauthorized access; support will escalate to the security team.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly; do not publicly disclose issues before we confirm a fix.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or pursue legal remedies if you violate this Policy. We reserve the right to update the Policy at any time.
